Though childbirth is a natural part of life and very instinctive and intuitive, our society at large is often out of tune with our innate natural instincts. There are so many unconscious beliefs about birth that are placed on us just due to media, experience, and culture. Childbirth education is a great resource to prepare for birth, no matter where your birth location is!
The empowerment, dispelling of fears and myths, comradery with fellow parents, fun activities, community, and bonding time amongst partners are just a few reasons childbirth classes are a favorite amongst Amma Clients.
